STUDIO POLICY
To keep our dance space safe and enjoyable for everyone, please review our studio policies. These guidelines cover attendance, attire, behavior, and more, ensuring a positive and respectful environment for all dancers. Thank you for helping us create a fun and supportive community!

STUDIO POLICIES
1. Online pre-registration is required. There will be a waitlist option, should space become available.
2. Cancellations must be received within 4 hours of class beginning.
3. Late Cancels and no-shows will be charged, Classes expire after 1 year of first booking.
4. Classes will be capped at 65 people in the Large room and 55 in the small room.
5. Upon entering, please sanitize your hands (hand sanitizer will be available)
6. During class, rows will rotate to give everyone the opportunity to have a closer view to the mirror and instructor.
7.No FOOD or outside drinks will be allowed in the studio (coffee, soda, juice, etc.) except for water. Water must be in a sealed container.
8. Limit personal belongings to essentials only.
PRIVATE LESSONS
1. Private Lessons are 45 mintues
2. Private Lessons require a minimum of 24 hours for cancellations or re-booking.
3. Private lesson can be shared up to 2 people.
4. Small Group Private lessons up to 6 people, will require for 1 individual to book for the entire group. Client will be responsible for recruitment of group members
CREDIT PACKS
1. Team credits are available on the APP - If you are on multiple teams you qualify for discounts, please contact our Admin Maria or Jennifer in the office or call 619.758.5209 or email at admin@majestyinmotion.com
2. No refunds on New Student Specials or unlimited passes

1. Respect and Courtesy
- Treat everyone with respect and support each other's efforts.
2. Attendance and Punctuality
- Arrive on time and notify instructors in advance if you can’t attend.
3. Dress Code
- Wear appropriate dance attire and maintain personal grooming.
4. Focus and Participation
- Engage fully in class and respect instructors’ feedback.
5. Safety and Well-Being
- Follow safety guidelines and inform instructors of any health concerns.
6. Teamwork and Collaboration
- Promote teamwork and celebrate each other's achievements.
7. Sexual Harassment Policy
- Zero tolerance for sexual harassment. Report any incidents immediately.
8. Conflict Resolution
- Address conflicts respectfully; seek instructor assistance if needed.
9. Social Media and Privacy
- Respect privacy when posting on social media and obtain permissions.
10. Commitment to Growth
- Set personal goals and embrace learning opportunities.
11. Consequences for Misconduct
- Violations may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal.

TEAM MEMBERSHIP
1. Team Memberships are due on the 1st of the month.

2. Late payments received or unsuccessful payments after the 5th of the month, will receive a $10 late fee.

3. Team memberships must be canceled within a 10-day notice prior to the next billing cycle.
